11/ Summary—given good BART & local speed, ≤ pricing, personal hot spot, hd-voice, voice over wifi, I will likely switch to T-Mobile.

9/ I tried T-Mobile next. It also was better than AT&T at home. But it was more reliably good on BART, and at typical places on way to SF.
8/ After disputing for over 1 hour w/ Verizon’s $105 bill and so-called 14-day “worry free” guarantee I was only able to reduce to $33.
7/ I returned Verizon test SIM after 4 days, and they wouldn’t easily let me cancel. Then they charged me $105 for 4 day test.
