Consistency around footnotes, endnotes, asides & critic markup are my priority—I’d also like to see http://quikscan.org
I agree with @gojomo on #commonmark RT +1 on resolving ambiguities & +1 on multiple maintained reference impls
Ignoring the naming controversy, #commonmark by itself is a good direction, however, I need consistency on asides, footnotes, endnotes, etc.
I’d also like to see more things like http://criticmarkup.com & http://quikscan.org in markdown and the future of #commonmark.
#quikscan allows you to create inline summaries using 1} & {1 in a markdown-ish style. Best example I’ve seen is http://www.quikscan.org/howtos/correctversion.pdf
