IMHO OPS was unused and fallow. I needed TS for #RebootingWebOfTrust & CP1 was what I found & got @WayneVaughan @manusporny together for CP2
…then Peter said it could be better and showed me OTS & I suggested that they do CP3 together. But CP1 was real & moving, OTS was not in ‘15
No one that I know of was using OTS in 2015, & no collaboration. Whereas CP was moving, had contributions from others and was collaborative.
It’s not about credit at this point, it’s about collaborating & shipping. Ideas are easy, shipping & popularizing is not.
